				Skip Bridle – used for Hoisting materials in shaft
			The jack catch socket has been specially designed for shaft sinking operations. In the event of an overwind, the jack catch socket will ride up through the jack catches and strike the crash beam. Should the winder then drop the load or should the wire rope break, the jack catch socket will drop back into the jack catches. The kibble, chains, lifting cone and suspension equipment will be held by the collar of the jack catch socket.
