Reliance Hexham Pty Ltd specialise in the manufacture,
overhaul and repair of equipment and machinery for use in the mining,
aluminium and steel processing industries. Our services include metal
fabrication, blacksmithing, fitting and turning, heat treatment,

Nobles
National Technical Seminar
Ian Tresidder, Our General Manager, will be a guest speaker at the
Nobles National Technical Seminar that will be touring throughout May in
Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales. This

40 Man Dolly Car
Reliance
Hexham’s Engineering Team has recently completed design and manufacture of a
40 Man Dolly Car. Our Mechanical Engineer, Chris Prest, has designed an
improved dolly car or man car battery charging system for this project
which has been granted an Innovation Patent by the Australian Government.
This Dolly Car is innovative due to its increased capacity which allows
improved efficiency in the transportation of men underground. Passenger
safety, comfort and ease of maintenance have been paramount in this design.
The Dolly Car also has the ability to directly couple with other rail mounted
vehicles.
